Account Data: When you register, we collect your email address, display name, and optional profile details. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

Membership Data: Your subscription tier (Free, Spiral, Voidwalker), purchase history, and active membership status.

Social Data: Posts, comments, reactions, and profile information you choose to share on Spiral Social.

Marketplace & Orders: Shipping addresses, order history, and payment status (via Stripe — we never store card details).

Download Tracking: Records of digital downloads you have accessed, for re-download access purposes.

Reading Progress: Your comic chapter progress, bookmarks, and episode completion records.

Anonymous Analytics: State/region-level visit counts (e.g., "123 visits from North Carolina"). No IPs, cities, or coordinates are stored.

Account data is retained while your account is active. When an eligible account-deletion request completes, the login identity is deleted where supported or disabled and anonymized, and account-linked application records are removed. Orders and security/economy ledgers may be retained in anonymized form for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security purposes. Provider-managed backups and stored files may follow the hosting provider’s retention lifecycle. Anonymous analytics may be retained indefinitely only as aggregates without account identifiers.

Purradox Universe is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
