4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Stripe — Payment processing for the Spiral Bazaar and memberships. Stripe may set its own cookies governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
ipapi.co — Used server-side only for anonymous IP-to-state geolocation. No cookies are set; no personal data is stored. Only state/region codes are recorded.
Google Fonts — Loads Cinzel and Rajdhani fonts. May set performance-related cookies.
